Searching through the approvals is also very difficult. I would not consider it a good experience due to persistent navigation issues that significantly impact usability. There are frequent technical glitches when navigating through the app. In some cases, the app becomes effectively stuck, forcing users to close and reopen it just to return to the home screen, this is unacceptable for a production app. A clear example: when accessing the Insurance Approvals section and opening an approval, the back button shifts to the top-left corner and becomes unresponsive, making it impossible to navigate back. This creates a frustrating loop with no option but to restart the app. What is most concerning is that similar issues have been highlighted in user reviews for years, yet remain unresolved. This points to a lack of prioritization of core functionality and user experience. Tested on iPhone 16 Pro Max. Not sure if this issue is device-specific (however in the previous reviews I saw the same issue being highlighted by other phones/models users), but it clearly requires urgent attention. ### 1/5 — Back Button Issue *2026-03-27, version 11.8.119* Back button doesn’t work the arrow is not clickable being way up behind the time, you have to exit the app every time to go back to the previous screen. Bad user experience.
