Desde março estou com problemas no aplicativo.  não consigo coletar minhas moedas, o meu nunca da as 4h para coletar as moedas. Todas as vezes que eu subo de nível quando eu saio do jogo e retorno ele zera para o último nível que eu estava antes(nível 12) só que eu não saio desse nível já tem 3 meses... isso porque eu jogo todos os dias. No meu não tem a roleta e o calendário, no celular dos meus amigos tem a roleta e o calendário para coletar as recompensas do dia logado. Quando baixei o aplicativo no começo tudo funcionava corretamente. Depois começou isso. Já desinstalei, já reconfigurei, já fiz de tudo... e até agora não resolveu o problema. Peço para vocês verificarem isso e resolverem por gentileza porque amo jogar... obrigada!!!

Esse jogo continua péssimo. Nunca passo de nível, só tiram minhas moedas. Pelo que estou vendo, isso só acontece com os celulares iphone, já até sei porque!!! Porque querem que compramos moedas. Uma maneira de extorsão. Isso é bem ruim!!! Independentemente da marca dos celulares, todos deveriam ser tratados iguais!!!!

Esse jogo era ótimo, quem já joga há um tempo vai confirmar o que estou falando. Agora está uma porcaria. Mudei de celular e não aceitaram mais minha conta antiga. Ok. Refiz um novo e pulava de nível direto e quando parava de jogar que entrava de novo regredia pro nível antiga e se deslogar não consegue mais voltar com o perfil e só pode jogar como visitante. Pessssimo! Arrumem por favor. Ou vão perder os usuários

Comecei a jogar tem 1 mês, não consigo sair do 4 nível. 
Ontem mesmo cheguei ao 9. Desliguei o celular pra dormi, quando peguei hoje pra jogar,lá estava eu no no 4 nível. E não consigo falar com suporte técnico de jeito nenhum!!!!

Agora tá péssimo, uma decepção, vc joga, joga e não sai do canto e as vez regride seu status. Uma porcaria. O pior que não tem suporte. Vou escrever para Bolsonaro para expulsar esse indivíduo da plataforma de jogos.

Pelo que vi dos outros comentários o problema é de compatibilidade com a Apple, não se prestam sequer a responder às queixas feitas no suporte, não estão nem um pouco interessados com os usuários, pena pois o jogo me parece ótimo ..
