Love the idea of the app, but the navigation is quite clunky.  Instead of just inlining current information into the app, the app links to pages of mobile-unfriendly documents requiring pages of additional clicks and hard to read text. Then the information isn’t quite reliable. The hotel attendant told me to refer to the app for minibar prices. The app says the reverse.

It could really be special if they hired a tech writer to organize the information - say a map, table of contents, and if it were easier to connect the app to already scheduled things (spa bookings, room service, laundry, restaurant information, shuttle information, …)
