I don’t like to save any cards on these apps due to the app’s requirement to have an account in order to create an online order. Allowing for Apple Pay can eliminate the risk of someone accessing your personal credit/debit card in case if an account gets hacked. ### 3/5 — Most recent update disabled delivery *2024-04-26, version 4.0.1* I’ve used this app over the past few years and it worked wonderfully. However, the most recent update does not recognize any address I enter. If I select order for pickup, that still works fine. I cannot place a delivery anymore because the app claims my address does not exist, despite me ordering multiple times to the same address in previous iterations of the app. Also, there a couple of allergies that need to be let known in the notes of ordering items, but in the newest version there is a smaller character limit to write a note, meaning I must exclude some information. From using outdated password rules, to blocking copy and paste for credit card info this app is simply too frustrating to use. It took me almost 20 minutes to place a simple order. Email reset password took 5 minutes and then when I did finally get in my order was gone. Get a better app developer burger 21. Ever since the app update every time I visit I NEVER received my points. There’s no barcode to scan and it’s now done by using your phone number. The food is AMAZING! The staff is just as great or better! 10/10 recommend based on how friendly everyone is, but it’s also such an easy place to come eat in or take out, then add the app and rewards and you’ll be hooked too!
