I loved bossing my own burger! It was hard not to order everything on the menu with how good it all looked! Great app for my favorite burger place. The grass fed beef here is amazing! I tried with multiple different emails. ### 1/5 — Can’t continue with payment if coupon is applied *2025-03-12, version 25.1.2025021301* Got a BOGO coupon. Applied it fine. No way to continue payment. Fail. ### 1/5 — Only three locations..? *2021-11-14, version 2.0.11* I downloaded after getting a text offer for a BOGO burger with first app purchase. The app shows only three locations even though the one I’ve gone to before is in West Hollywood, CA. Doesn’t seem to be a cohesive complete product. Definitely shouldn’t be sending out instructions to customers without knowing it can be actually be followed through. ### 1/5 — I got ripped off *2021-04-21, version 2.0.11* I downloaded the app. I made my burger, fries and drink choice. At checkout I used a 50% coupon. It appeared to apply successfully. I used Apple Pay to pay and next thing you know I was charged the full amount. I waited to see if the final amount would change when the charge post but it didn’t. I was fooled into it. I do not recommend using this app. ### 1/5 — App user experience needs work *2021-04-04, version 2.0.9* The app doesn’t work with keychain or LastPass so be prepared to type out your extremely long generated passwords. Also the password text field is buggy so you can’t even copy them from another app and paste them in. I’d rather use another app than type out a 30 character password that I’ll probably screw up twice before getting right. ### 2/5 — Apple Pay doesn’t work *2024-03-21, version 2.1.5* The app works well enough, but the Apple Pay feature has never worked. It’s super annoying to manually enter your credit card information with the non-functioning Apple Pay logo staring at you right in your face. ### 2/5 — Love the food, hate the app *2023-06-13, version 2.1.3* Apple Pay checkout option gives an error and has for over a year now. The whole reason I wanted to use the app instead of the website is so I wouldn’t have to type out a credit card number every time. There’s no option to securely save payment methods, either. This ends up being a pain every time I want to place an order. ### 2/5 — Apple Pay doesn’t work *2023-02-07, version 2.0.38* Apple Pay doesn’t work. Keep getting “Empty Stripe Token”. Doesn’t save my credit card information either, so have to type everything in manually every time.
