I forgot to order fries for my 2-year-old niece and requested a small portion from the staff since ordering again would take another 15 minutes and she was hungry. Instead of understanding the situation, one of the staff members directly refused and told me to place another order.
Such a small request could have been handled with basic courtesy and empathy. Very poor customer service and honestly a really bad experience. Definitely disappointed.

I have ordered the food from Burger King app and waited for delivery of items. After 1 hour wading from ETA time no response or message received, same message shown on the ordering tracking status on app. I called the store and they have behaved rudely and not provided any response and told we don’t have rider and cut the phone. Is this is the way of treating the customer?

I complained then on chat and then he called and told same thing staying it’s third party riders and we don’t know when he will pick up and delivery. Is this the way how Burger Kinngbis managing deliveries?

I called again and ask him will my order will be delivered and he told me same story.

No order delivered and I told to cancel this order and refund and he said he it will take 7 days while no change in status. How do I know refund is initiated?

This is serious issue and I’m and surprised that this level of negligence Burger King is having.

Cancel my order and refund my amount. I will also register this complaint on consumer forum.

Very poor service. No option in app or to call or escalate the matter.

Confirm me on my refund and get action taken on this so that no other person will be harassed with such situation.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I placed my order on the 23rd, and it was cancelled directly without any prior information or notification. Today is already the 26th, and I am still waiting for my refund. This is highly frustrating and completely unacceptable. I have never experienced such a disappointing level of service before. I request you to please look into this matter urgently and process my refund without any further delay.

I placed my order at 10:15 PM and waited nearly 40 minutes without any update. At 10:55 PM, I finally received a message stating that my order had been cancelled. By then, almost all nearby restaurants had already closed for the night, leaving us with no option to order food despite being hungry.

To make matters worse, the payment was deducted from my account immediately, but even after two business days, I have still not received my refund. I also tried calling the number provided in the cancellation message to seek assistance, only for someone to answer and simply say it was the wrong number. That was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

The lack of communication, delayed cancellation, unresolved refund, and incorrect customer support contact made this one of the worst food ordering experiences I've had. Customers deserve timely updates, reliable support, and prompt refunds when orders are cancelled. I sincerely hope Burger King improves its customer service and order management because this experience was completely unacceptable.

I had ordered family meal waited for more than hours and suddenly after more than hour it’s shows order canceled without any reason without informing me and when I tried to contact customer care they not answered when i called available restaurant number which was Borivali East Burger King it is switched off now what should i do and I dont even known when i get refund and they are going to pay me back or not idk but this is happening first time with me it’s not expected Burger King kindly improve
