Once you complete the 1st restaurant then you are back to zero in 2nd restaurant (speed/capacity are back to same when the game was started). You shouldn’t have made everything to zero. Instead keep everything same (last speed/capacity from 1st restaurant) and make upgrades costly in 2nd restaurant. One more thing employees are really bad in game (capacity/speed/ behaviour).
