ملاحظه انه طلبات الاستلام اقل في الكمية من طلبات المحليه ، يعني مثلاً طلبت سلطة سفري او طلب استلام 
يجي كميتها نص او ربع كمية السلطه المحلي ، و البرقر كذلك يتفننون فيه لما تطلبه محلي و لا جيت تطلب سفري يسوونه لك اي كلام .
