If you change the location to where you are, since it doesn’t automatically do that, it erases your order and you have to start all over again. It would be logical for customers to be able to apply their promos to in person purchases. ### 1/5 — Great idea, not thought out *2025-03-16* I have 9k burger bucks, can only use ONE free item per order. Not that exciting when the meal is still $45 but got that free drink. Why not be able to build a free meal? That’s how most rewards programs work. Plus you can only order delivery or pickup in advance, not a great reward for the amount of money I spend here….this is not a one star for the food or service or people. If you have kids you might know they can be specific. For example, I can’t add cheese AND ketchup. One or the other is possible with a radio button. I hope you see this review and redesign.
