I like the app for convenience but for some reason it doesn’t allow me to add photos when a photo is necessary. I get to choosing the photo and the app freezes every single time.

I love this app. Anytime you see something around the city that you have a question about or needs to be fixed, just plug it in, submit, and they get it taken care of. Plus you can see live updates as the city folks work on it. The events and water billing links are handy too.
