Whenever I load up the app, all I get is an error message.

The process of booking a ticket on the app is easy, but I really don’t like that there’s no way to apply your Driven Rewards points towards your tickets- on the app Or the website. My account has said for months that I have $16 worth of points available to apply to a ticket purchase. But there is NO option at ANY point in the ticket buying process to apply said rewards. The Trailways website didn’t provide any guidance either.
