I cannot confirm the source of these calls, but the timing is extremely concerning. I have already reported this issue to Burn Boot Camp and raised my privacy concern with them. I am posting this review so other users are aware of the issue and can think carefully about providing their phone number when registering. I hope Burn Boot Camp investigates this seriously, explains how customer phone numbers are being handled, and takes appropriate steps to protect users from unwanted calls. Please investigate this before providing your personal phone number through the app. ### 1/5 — It is a big mess, so busy and not really good guidance *2026-04-21, version 6.0.392* So small space to do the exercise, so many people, about 50 and the app allows 75 people, just one person to explains the exercise and do the guidances for everyone! I’ve redownloaded the app, I’ve updated my phone, all to no avail. How’s a girl supposed to sign up for classes when the only way is through an app that doesn’t work. No customer service chat or number to contact if something is wrong. The website isn’t helpful when these issue appear either. Also, can you sign up for childcare more than 24 hours in advance? You have to call a location to get set up now which is stupid. Why provide the app then if you can’t sign up through it. When my Fitness Partner removed my in person account, it also removed my On demand account. I emailed back and forth for a week everyday asking about my account and when I would be getting my account back. Support was horrible. They still haven’t been able to help me. Despite taking $60 out of my account (two separate 29.99 charges). I signed up through my desktop like I was told to. Only for support to tell me that I used my phone. This is honestly so ridiculous. I LOVE burn Bootcamp. I love the people, the instructors, on demand, etc. I do not love their customer support. I wasn’t offered any sort of help on their end. Now I have to wait for my bank to reinstate my $60 so I can put it somewhere with better customer service. ### 1/5 — Can’t even subscribe to use the app *2024-09-29* I have previously used this app ~6 months of burn on demand. I wanted to reactivate, but manage memberships is now blank where previously I could activate burn on demand. Selecting subscribe from the home page app tells me to subscribe on the website or call my local burn. The website only allows me to sign up for a 7 day free trial of burn on demand. DO NOT SHARE THE LINK TO BURN SUPPORT- it’s just a list of frequently asked questions. I have no way to actually get support. I called my local burn but it was Saturday and they were probably locking up to close at this time because they didn’t answer my call. This is so frustrating and I wish it were easier and not a ring around to no solution. I have no choice but write a 1 star review to get anyone’s attention. I would like to acknowledge I love burn boot camp and want to continue. The number of camps on app never match what gym computer says and you think you are at a milestone camp only to not be recognized.
