Was die Intensität angeht bin ich voll und ganz zufrieden, auch nach wenigen Workouts bemerke ich schon deutliche positive Veränderungen. In ein oder zwei Übungen wurden die Wiederholungen auch nicht ganz korrekt zusammengeschnitten, damit kann ich aber gut leben.
