App won’t let me register nor log in.. Busted!!!

As of the pandemic/shutdown, the app doesn’t retain notes within each workout. 
I used to write my workout and send the screenshot to my trainer. Now after I capture & save my notes it acts as if it saved it but when I go back to view it it’s gone. 
My biggest gripe is that the date history of EVERY WORKOUT shows with yesterday’s date. Also, the class schedule offerings are accurate and there’s a way to sign up and the app lets you go thru the motions until you finally receive and error message. 
So really, I see no benefit to this app except that when the gym is open and you’re wearing the belt your trainer can monitor your HR and activity level. Otherwise, it’s useless.
