Love this app! So user friendly for those of us who are tech challenged!! This workout is unparalleled!!!! The led lights , infrared heat make everything better. Love how Maria knows her science !! The cumminty is friendly , the instructors are amazing so strong!!! And everyone is friendly !!! If you want results GO TO BURN!!
