Most of the time, I open the app and login and then the app closes. Very very frustrating. I have made a few dvd’s and USB as well and they turned out great but I haven’t been able to use this app in a while because I continuously get kicked out while uploading. ### 2/5 — Always had great luck until my last order! *2026-06-14, version 4.5* I’ve always had good luck ordering from here and getting my orders pretty quick which has been so nice to clean my phone off but my last 4 ordered from April have never came and they have not responded to any of my emails about them. I ended up finding them on Instagram and sending them a message, somebody responded back and said that they refunded my money would give me a 20% discount on my next order, but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t got my money back And now they are unresponsive. But when you are missing orders, they have no customer service number to call. The only option is to submit an email stating the problem. Nobody responded to my original email from over a week ago, and no one’s responded to my follow up email from two days ago. You pay for the orders when you submit them, so if this can’t be resolved I’m not even sure how to get my money back. I didn’t get the first one until after the replacement was ordered- which isn’t their fault, however, both were broken because they put the DVD in a regular envelope. It wasn’t padded, didn’t even say “ don’t bend” or “fragile” on the envelope. And the DVDs were definitely the really cheap ones. I asked if they could send it in a padded envelope after they said they were going to send me another one.
