I deleted every single message and it still shows that I have a new message very annoying. And the app is very slow to use as well ### 3/5 — Okay *2026-08-18, version 7.15.0* Service works well. Functionality is pretty good as well. However, it seems like they recycled their numbers too quickly because the new number I received I get constant spam calls and text messages from various numbers every day which I have to block so they stopped calling me from the previous owner of this phone number meaning it has not been dormant long enough. They also sell verified numbers however only after I made the purchase and contacted Support was I told they don’t have any Canadian numbers only US numbers for the service. They should have to update that info in the app prior to anyone subscribing to that service as it’s a pain having to go and request a refund. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-08-16, version 7.15.0* Didn’t work for what I wanted which was advertised and when it says 3 day free trial it charged me didn’t even purchase the app for a whole day when i canceled very upsetting . Wish I could get my 10$ back ### 1/5 — Beware of using this app *2026-08-16, version 7.15.0* I’ve been a premium user for about a year and while the app was occasionally glitchy, it would work. However recently, I realized that many of my text messages that were sent were not being received. None of the messages that i sent was received by the intended recipient. I use this app only for personal use and Burner support told me that it is possible that my number was flagged for spam and to wait 24 or 72 (?) hours for it to auto resolve. I have never sent any unsolicited messages to anyone and barely communicate with a few other numbers on this app. There was no notification from Burner that outgoing messages were not being sent. Burner support was friendly but completely useless in helping me get the issue resolved. Do not use this app for anything remotely important because it will cause huge misunderstandings with people you are trying to text. You think messages are sent, but they are not received by the recipient. To be honest my experience when I first started using the app was great. Through time the app has evolved, but I feel like it’s never improved much. My last experience was the worst. I tried using this app for a sales position. I got and part of the responsibilities was to find lead. I had to do a bunch of cold calling and on my first day I got locked out of the app. A window popped up and said that I had to wait 24 hours before calling out again. I waited 48 hours and 48 hours is a really long time in sales. I tried finding a customer service number but was not successful. I tried using the AI tool that was provided, but never got any help from that. I tried emailing through the AI Tool and I never got a response. I also tried setting up a call through the AI Tool and it said that I would be receiving a call within 1-6 hours but never did. I’m on day 4 I have yet to receive any communication. In the world that we live in (especially when you are providing a service), people relay on customer service and this is simply unacceptable. I’ve since moved on and canceled my subscription. I had to my carrier and activate another number (luckily my phone is set up for a dual SIM) and paid about three dollars more than what I was being charged. I haven’t had a problem since. UPDATE: I just received communication last night after waiting almost 8 business days (July 31 - Aug 12). Let’s see how they will help me going forward. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-12, version 7.15.0* The app doesn’t let you receive calls or texts and when you go to use it, it just calls your own phone. She text me and as soon as I opened up the text, they closed my account for “terms of service violation”. The text she sent me only said “tuna”, it’s an inside joke between us. Now I am stuck trying to email customer support to either get my money back or open my account. It was less then ten minutes from payment to account being closed. The only support they offer is a AI which is extremely frustrating. When I got in the app I wasn’t able to use phone call. The call would just call my own number. I saw they immediately charged me for the year before the 3 day trial and wouldn’t give me my money back. Deleted the app and won’t be using it. It has served it’s purpose well. I can make and receive phone calls as well as texts.
