## What is BURPGER?

WHAT IS THIS GAME

The future. MEGABITE fed the world an infinite flavor enhancer - kitchens
became toxic mazes, and the planet is choking on food contamination.

You are BURPGER, a living burger prototype and humanity's last cleanup
experiment. Classic top-down maze: swipe to steer your burger, consume
contamination on the floor, build methane, and unleash a BURP BLAST - a toxic
cloud that cooks enemies in range. At 100% gas, an automatic burst
triggers. Collect the kitchen's food - exit doors unlock. Purify zones,
defeat chefs, and drive down world contamination.

26 world kitchens, 256 levels, 26 boss fights, 4 acts

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.2.0 — 2026-08-04

The game runs smoother. Enemies and the burger move more evenly — less jumping around, less of that weird “everything sped up” feeling. Same crazy kitchen, just nicer to watch and play.

Winning and losing now have their own music. Clear a kitchen and you get a cheerful tune. Hit Game Over and the music turns a bit sad — like a burger that sat on the grill too long. Your score and rewards still pop up on screen so you can enjoy the moment.

You can also turn the sound off. Look for the speaker button in the main menu or the in-game menu, next to Language. Tap once — quiet. Tap again — sound is back. The game remembers your choice next time.

Still free, offline, with no ads, no purchases, and no accounts.

### 2.1.0 — 2026-07-30

A second chance when you need it most

You've been earning grease coins for clearing kitchens. Now they finally do something useful: after Game Over, you can spend them to Continue — one life back, same kitchen, same run.

The first Continue costs about what a level of that tier usually pays. Go further into the campaign, or buy another Continue on the same attempt, and the price goes up. Restart the level, and the counter resets.

When you tap Continue, you'll see the coins leave your wallet before the kitchen comes back to life. If you're short, the button shows the cost, your balance, and how many you're missing — so there's no surprise.

Your balance stays with you in the fight

Grease coins now sit in the HUD next to level, score, and lives. You can glance down and know what a comeback would cost before things go wrong — not only after the result screen appears.

Result screens that feel good to watch

Kitchen Purified and Game Over got a clearer layout for iPhone: bigger headlines, easier stats, and room to breathe.

Level, score, and infection drop count up instead of popping in all at once. Coin rewards show up with a little animation, so you get a moment to enjoy the haul before you move on.

Easier to read, easier to tap

How to Play controls are full-width rows now, so nothing gets cramped or cut off. Object cards and new-threat briefings are wider, with larger text you can actually scroll through.

The main menu has larger buttons, clearer type, and a contamination panel that scrolls cleanly

### 2.0 — 2026-06-25

We’ve made the result of each run clearer and emotionally honest. Now the burger shows how the run went — no extra words needed.

The main screen now features a planet contamination meter. Players see their progress at a glance: how much is already clean, what’s left to save. This gives direct motivation to return — every kitchen visibly changes the world.

First-time zone clears now get a deliberate highlight. It reinforces the sense of meaningful action and gives players a reason to keep going.

The Threat Database fills up on the go. Encounter a new object — it’s recorded. Players explore the world without interrupting gameplay, and collecting happens naturally.

Free. Offline. No ads, no in-app purchases.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-06-13

What's new in v1.1:

- Russian and English in-game — switch language anytime from the main
  menu or pause menu.
- Redesigned bottom HUD: gas meter, burger progress, lives, and menu
  button in one clean row.
- Kitchen exit doors: locked double doors open when the level is
complete, with a pulsing beacon so you can't miss the way out.
- Trash-can tunnel sound when you warp through side portals.
- Visual polish: cleaner playfield framing, improved object readability,
  smoother menu and language picker.
- Boss fight music and assorted gameplay / UI fixes.
