I have been playing this game a while against the computer on easy mode with both two or four players. I’ve noticed that 9/10 times your opponents will get twice as many wildcards. I’ve also noticed that the Cards I get dealt from the deck on my turn are Cards that the opponent needs in their melds but Cards that I need in my melds are dealt into the discard pile so that I would have to pick up the whole pile in order to get them. it is very discouraging as a new player to be losing so many games when you can see these obvious deals in favour of the opponents - it is very biased so I think I’m going to delete this game and find a different one from a different creator! **Developer response:** Buongiorno, mi dispiace che perda spesso contro il computer ma le garantisco che le carte sono casuali, non avremmo alcun interesse a far vincere il computer e a farla arrabbiare. A volte favorisce me, altre volte gli avversari, il che genera (volontariamente?) molta frustrazione… Difficile credere che le carte siano distribuite in modo davvero casuale: basta avere occhi per accorgersene. I still think the game is manipulated by the creators. I find very strange the silly mistakes players with whom I am playing with, constantly make, it is like they make these mistakes on purpose. These games should be 100% random without intervention of the creators. People gets annoyed by these things and quick playing the game. La distribuzione delle carte è tutt’altro che equilibrata: a volte l’avversario riceve 7 Pinelle, altre volte se ne ricevono addirittura 8. Non si vede alcun criterio di equità o bilanciamento. Nel complesso, la distribuzione delle carte dà l’impressione di essere fortemente sbilanciata e casuale in modo ingiusto. They charge a subscription and should work to make a respectful environment. They grew so much that don’t care about that anymore. Player SoFar was loosing the match and started calling me “idiota vecchia”. “Estupida vecchia”. “Idiot old woman”. I contact the admins and sent screen shots so they could block his chat capability. I contacted Admin several times and despite of sending all screen shots nobody took the time to look at it. Now that the is IA capabilities, they don’t read the emails anymore, but there are things that IA are not able to do. I was playing in this site since 2012, on and off and several times players said very bad words Italians as so used to using and for them is not bad, like “you have a wide c u l o”. And many times I complain and the admins apologized and took away the ability fo chatting for that player. AI CAME TO MAKE IT BETTER AND INSTEAD TOOK AWAY THE HUMAN PART OF THIS EQUATION AND MAKE IT MUCH WORSE. Please not need to answer me, nice words written by IA doesn’t fix the problem and I already canceled my subscription **Developer response:** Hello, I assure you that every day of the year we dedicate great attention to blocking the chat of those who offend, proportionally to the seriousness of the offense and the number of times that player has offended in the past, but you must report it in the game. I never write anything first when i play. the admins say that they analyse every offence reports but evidently they do not understand what they read. i like the game but the app need to hire competent people who understand what they read and do not protect the violents **Developer response:** Hello Fdibarix, when a report is made, we read everything that is said by both parties and only after a careful evaluation, when we deem it appropriate, do we block the chat(s) of anyone who has offended, proportionally to the seriousness of the offence. and the number of times that player has offended in the past. In some cases we even get to ban the account of those who continue to seriously offend. This work takes us hours every day but we do it with pleasure to make the Burraco and Pinelle site a healthy environment where you can have fun in peace and quiet, without offenses.
