The indian girl who answered the phone first of all did not recognize I had ordered at all. She outright refused my phone call because she said that my order was not there. I had already ordered and paid so I didnt know what she was talking about. I had to call again twice and both times the order was not there. Then she calls me back and says your order is here. I didnt understand how she could be so incompetent so again I asked her to cancel the order because there was no delivery on the app. She then proceeds to give me attitude and refuses again to cancel the order. I ask to speak to the manager and she says she is the manager. I was gobsmacked because how can such an incompetent esl student be the manager at Burrito Boyz? She then hangs up and I figure that I can only get the money back from the bank through a dispute because after all, she is an incompetent esl manager at Burrito Boyz who just straight up stole over $30 from me amd knowingly continued with the order and probably ate my food to boot! Horrible considering I have been burritos from Burrito Boyz for over a decade now. Ill probably never eat there again. However during the time between my second last order placed and my most recent order placed, updates did occur. Specifically to additional sides. When the menu asks select 2 sides and you only want 2 of the same choice, the menu insists that you select a second choice in order to proceed.
