## What is Bursary?

Welcome to Bursary, a tuition collection software simplified for schools to collect tuition online via electronic invoice issuing, consolidate accounting and keep records of activities and students/pupils in the school.

At Bursary we seek to facilitate online and offline transactions, paperless invoicing, collaboration reports, forecast, analytics, auto accounting, settlements virtual business collection account for schools and virtual remittance accounts for students.

The Bursary software has been designed for use by administrators, teaching and non teaching staff and parents in an academic environment.

* Go paperless on invoicing and reduce overhead cost on account reconciliation and consolidation.

*Track Invoice activities, view pending, successful and overdue payments and also access debt projection.


*Wallet, Prepaid Card and Wearables for boarding school students and unique virtual accounts for payment remittance.

The Bursary App makes for a better academic administration through;

Administration: School owners are able to collect details of new records, their parents or guardian. Dissemination of information real time through newsletters. They are able to make projections from analytics of records in the school over a given period of time.

Bursary: This addresses issues around quotes and collections. School owners can prepare quotes ranging from tuition to excursion under the mandatory or elective item which are sent to parents/guardians ahead of the records resumption. Tranch Payments are permitted depending on pre-set conditions by school owners.

Finance: This makes tracking of payments and invoices easy. School owners can track the amount payable, received and overdue as well as payouts into their account per time.
