I’ve deleted and reinstalled. I’ve restarted my phone. Made sure my phone is up to date and it will not let me log in. It just gives me the purple dot circles for a few min and then kicks me out. FRUSTRATING!! ### 5/5 — Easy way to track and share *2025-12-17, version 4.4.9* This app is super easy to use, allowing me to keep up with available graphics that can be used for social posts and a portal for all of my successful recommendations. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t let me log in *2024-12-06, version 4.3.2* I love BURST but this is a review about the app. It does not let me log in. Says I don’t have the right credentials. I can sign in through my laptop. As an ambassador, it’s annoying. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2022-11-16, version 3.0.1* App doesn’t work. Crashes every time I try to sign up and won’t let me choose or scroll through the products. And then it bans my email from logging in or signing up again. I would have to say this toothbrush is amazing. The bristles are so soft and my teeth already feel much cleaner. I feel it getting off all of the debris from all surfaces of my teeth so effortlessly. Not to mention that amazing packaging and detail they have, this company truly cares about their customers. Easy to use and navigate through. ### 2/5 — Unhappy with the 11/2019 update *2019-11-28, version 2.8.1* For the very first time after recommending the Brush on my app and had patient fill in her name, phone, when she was about to sign the signature page the warning and alerts made her not want the text and emails. So no credit for my time telling her about how great this brush is.
