I’ve deleted and reinstalled. I’ve restarted my phone. Made sure my phone is up to date and it will not let me log in. It just gives me the purple dot circles for a few min and then kicks me out. There has been countless times that I have to delete the app and reinstall it because there’s always an “alert something went wrong” If I wasn’t using this app to share my recommendations I wouldn’t be using it. Very frustrating and hoping eventually this will improve. ### 2/5 — Unhappy with the 11/2019 update *2019-11-28, version 2.8.1* For the very first time after recommending the Brush on my app and had patient fill in her name, phone, when she was about to sign the signature page the warning and alerts made her not want the text and emails. So no credit for my time telling her about how great this brush is. I would have to say this toothbrush is amazing. The bristles are so soft and my teeth already feel much cleaner. I feel it getting off all of the debris from all surfaces of my teeth so effortlessly. Not to mention that amazing packaging and detail they have, this company truly cares about their customers.
