I find the “plan” feature is good when it actually works, although for the last few days when I have tried to select a day and time for my journey, the app closes. However, personally it should be more intuitive to assist those who are less tech savvy. App development should always be geared towards the lowest common denominator- the user - and not what developers think will be useful. One option that should be resurrected from the previous app, is automatic recognition of what bus you are on. It may still be there,hidden in a menu, but I have not found it - yet!! ### 2/5 — Unreliable *2026-07-26, version 2.6.1* The new bus app still has issues with showing inaccurate information about bus times. It shows incorrect times for busses, it will constantly show up with an error when you try and track the bus your after and if not that it will say the bus you are is due in like 5 minutes despite showing on the app that his is long passes your stop, the app also randomly opens different bus stops instead of the one your after and doesn’t open the you need half the time. ### 1/5 — Not fit for purpose *2026-07-03, version 2.6.1* This app regularly misinforms me the times of buses. Times don’t match those on the bus stop display. It does not meet its singular most important requirement.
