Last week I travelled from Vijayawada to Vizag in your Intercity services. at that time there were no follow or reminder calls from your staff. during the journey. AC was not good. I called your staff many times and reported the issue but there was no improvement. But The person who interacted with me and he told that he can help me upcoming bookings and committed that the cost will be lower than other booking platforms. I agreed and requested him to book ticket for this journey for which I am giving this feed back. He booked a 10 PM bus instead of 11 PM and while my requested stop was Gannavaram but he booked till Enikepadu. this disrupted my work to start earlier than my planed time. in the morning. I have not received a wake up call or your staff have not reminded me. as a result, I missed my dropping point and had to drop at Ramavarappadu at 4:30 AM. While that was disappointing, I found another bus with Registration number TG13xx3990 going towards gannavaram. I have explained the situation to the bus driver and requested him to drop me at gannavaram. He answered very rudely, and while was talking, they litterllay pushed me out of the bus while I was talking. the first two trips I made in your service was very disappointing and decided never to travel again in your services. Bottom line: your staff is very rude and not cooperative. ### 5/5 — Worst experience with Intercity Bus. *2026-08-05* Worst experience with Intercity Bus. Their time management is extremely poor, and they have no respect for their customers’ time. I booked a ticket from Vidyanagar to Goraguntepalya with a scheduled boarding time of 12:30 AM. I first received a message saying the bus would arrive at 1:45 AM, but after waiting for over an hour, I received another message stating that the bus was delayed again. I continued waiting until around3:15 AM, but the bus still never came to pick me up. This was completely unacceptable and showed a total lack of professionalism and consideration for passengers. To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel my ticket, I received no response or support regarding my cancellation request. Keeping passengers stranded in the middle of the night without proper updates or assistance is unacceptable. I would never recommend Intercity Bus to anyone. If you cannot provide reliable service or customer support, you should not make passengers wait for hours with false expectations. This was a complete waste of my time and a very frustrating experience. ### 4/5 — Good service *2026-07-10* Except the bus condition rest all is good. Keep up the good work and be consistent. ### 1/5 — Bus Left Despite Assurance – Extremely Disappointing Experience Worst Travel Experience – No Coo *2026-06-29* My bus was scheduled to depart from Delhi at 8:30 PM. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I could not reach the boarding point on time. I immediately contacted the bus captain, who assured me that if I reached by 8:40 PM, I would still be able to board the bus. However, the bus left without waiting, despite that assurance. The staff did not cooperate at all—they neither provided the driver’s contact number nor made any effort to coordinate with the driver. I chased the bus for nearly 15 km and repeatedly requested that it be stopped at the next stop, but the driver did not stop even at the next three scheduled stops. This was a very disappointing experience. A little cooperation from the staff could have easily resolved the situation, but instead I was left stranded. I expect better customer service and request the management to investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that no other passenger faces the same issue. ### 5/5 — Bus 4545 *2026-06-25, version 2.6.1* “This was my first time traveling on this bus, and I was very impressed. The bus was neat, clean, and equipped with smart features. The customer service was excellent as well. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely choose this bus for all my future journeys. So don’t book if you wmat to travel in this bus ### 1/5 — Bad *2026-05-28, version 2.5.1* Very bad bus service. They charge too much money, but the bus condition is terrible. We traveled twice in this bus and both times the journey was very uncomfortable. There are too many jerks and shocks while driving. The bus is poorly maintained and not worth the price at all. I would not recommend anyone to travel in this bus. Please think twice before booking this service. ### 3/5 — Poor services not advising *2026-05-23* Booked Delhi-Dehradun for 23 May, boarding 11:35 PM. Your booking confirmation explicitly promises driver contact and vehicle number 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure. I received neither — no SMS, no call, no app notification. Stood at the boarding point in Sector 62 Noida past midnight with another passenger. Only after chasing your helpline myself did someone confirm the bus was running over an hour late. The delay itself is forgivable. The total absence of proactive communication is not. The "SmartBus" branding implies tracking, communication, and reliability — the actual passenger experience delivers none of that when it matters most. Fix your communication protocol before updating your marketing copy. 1 stars only because the helpline eventually answered. Until pre-departure comms are reliable, this app is not safe to depend on for late-night routes. ### 5/5 — Comfortable Ride *2026-04-03, version 2.4* Ride was comfortable and no issues ### 1/5 — If you can’t afford to arrange alternate travel close your company you’re not ready *2026-03-07* Imagine you booked a bus few days ago and on the day of travel they say it’s cancelled, given instant refund and you’re left with no options but to book other options at higher prices because you’re booking same day and you don’t get good seats you have to travel painfully in the back seat of a bus, all they did was cancel the bus provide refund and move on no accountability on the lives affected. If you can’t afford to arrange an alternate for your customers stop hypocrisy your service with the app the service all the gold plans and all that primary functionality of a travel company is to make sure you’re bookings are completed not make or break busses based on how many seats have been booked, if you can’t afford to lose some money and still arrange travel for your customers you’re not ready to have a travel business period. ## Frequently asked questions about Bus Booking ### What is this app for?
