The notices rarely work. The “Bus is near” has never worked. Often it doesn’t register when the kids get on or off the bus. Why in the world would school districts pay good money for an app that doesn’t work? ### 1/5 — Not functional *2024-08-27, version 2.2.0* Horrible app probably the worst ever. Not reliable since it never works when you open it. Thumbs down! Don’t waste your time downloading. Just use another app for phone tracking which will be reliable. ### 1/5 — Unreliable. Complete trash. *2023-09-19, version 2.2.0* Doesn’t work more than it does. Logs me out constantly and then keeps telling me “something went wrong” and won’t let me log back in. It’s not even possible to report the issues to the developer. The map has been broken for a couple of weeks now, and the alerts are very unreliable. It does not give notifications when the bus is moving, or when it’s close to the stop. The map only works about 10% of the time, so I can’t even track the bus that way. It’s not “cellular data or gps” signal being lost because I live in a full coverage area. It always reads more information will become available as the school bus gets closer, but never updates any information even after the school buses already come and gone and my kids have missed. It’s has wrong data. GPS on bus location is basically nonexistent. Yesterday I got alerts that My kid was picked up. He wasn’t even at school. Today it kept saying the bus was in route and showing it in a different neighborhood. He missed the bus. Uninstalling. This app is useless. ### 1/5 — Buggy App *2022-08-30, version 1.6.0* This is a glitchy app that hardly ever loads or show both of my kids. It also does not update well to show where the bus is. I am a developer myself and I can’t believe how buggy this app is and how it was published and being used by public schools with so many issues with it. It worked for maybe a week. It’s very inconsistent. For the past month it shows the bus parked at the school and never moves. The app is not reliable, glitchy at best, the map feature is the worst. It will show my high schoolers bus all the time, even after it drops them off and heads back to the bus depot. I cannot see when my child’s bus is coming on the map. Today my heart dropped in my stomach because I was waiting for my child at her bus stop and it suddenly said she was off the bus but she was not at our stop. I instantly started panicking thinking maybe she got off on the wrong stop. The bus arrived at our bus stop 2 minutes after it said she was already off the bus. This needs to be fixed ASAP. In early called the school and the police thinking my child was let off somewhere else. RIDICULOUS! ### 1/5 — Does not work *2025-09-02* I was really excited for this app. The map feature does not work, it’s inaccurate and spotty at best. Our school started it this year And I can see why it only has 2 stars. ### 1/5 — No notifications, no map *2025-08-28, version 2.2.0* The map sometimes shows the bus location but 90% of the time it doesn’t work. I was getting notifications when pick up/drop offs happen but that has now stopped working. I can open the app and check and see they’re picked up/dropped off and the time it happen but no notifications whatsoever. It was working fine at the start of the year and 3wks in and it’s broke already. ### 1/5 — Useless! *2025-08-14, version 2.2.0* I can’t believe schools are recommending this! It took forever to get logged on (says network is busy), provides incomplete and inaccurate information, and the map feature has always been incorrect and mainly unavailable. ### 1/5 — Total garbage *2025-04-17, version 2.2.0* This app rarely works. It says the kids are on the bus when they aren’t, it doesn’t show the bus on the map until after it’s gone, it logs you out randomly and/or shows that you have no bus riders, and often won’t let you log back in for long periods after forced log out. It’s just generally trash and the developers should be ashamed of themselves. Their families should be ashamed of them. Their mothers should stop loving them because of how bad this app is. ### 1/5 — Notification not working *2025-03-17, version 2.2.0* Works maybe 3 out of 5 days of the school week. I always have to log out the back in to maybe get some bus info. Also the notifications do t make a sound I double checked my settings but I never hear the notifications. ### 1/5 — Dumb *2024-09-04, version 2.2.0* Waste of time… doesn’t track properly and doesn’t notify you of anything! It also helps show where and when the buss will be at your stop. It does get better with updates ### 3/5 — SKSD Sept2025 *2025-09-26, version 2.3.2* Based on previous reviews of this app, it seems like a lot of updates have been made. The school district that I use this for doesn’t require my kid to scan any kind of fob, the gps on the bus (so far) has seem to be very accurate and I like the refresh rate for the bus being every 2-4 seconds. The only adjustment that I would to be the most helpful, is if the notifications chimed like other apps notifications. I’m not sure if other users have had this problem, but I only SEE the notifications on my Lock Screen and banners. Even when my phone ringer is on and I get notification sounds for other things, this one seems to be the only one that I don’t get the sounds for. Which means I have to constantly be looking at my phone while getting my child ready and packed for the bus. If some kind of update and/or bug fix for this could happen, I would be more than happy to change to a 5 star review and even recommend to other parents in the district and bus area to re download the app. ### 3/5 — Where did the notifications go? *2023-10-06, version 2.2.0* When it works, it’s fine. But many times we’ve gotten notifications that our son was dropped off at school before we got the notification that he was picked up. Our biggest complaint, however, is that the notifications just disappear after reading. Why can’t the notifications for the last 24 hours be posted under a tab in the app titled (get ready for this) “Notifications”? This would be especially helpful for when they change his bus number. One phone will get alerts that the bus is 2 stops away and another phone will get no alerts. The tracking is off on locations of the bus.
