### 1/5 — No PM updates?

*2023-09-25, version 4.0.1*

Hard to keep track of the busses when they don’t update for the afternoon routes when they’re late.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Does Not Work

*2025-08-26, version 4.1.3*

You are better off calling the school district transportation directly than relying on this app to tell you the status of the bus, it doesn’t work. It will either show the bus being late by the wrong amount of time OR show the bus is on time when the bus is close to 40 minutes late. The concept is great but the execution is terrible.

### 1/5 — Busses not cancelled

*2024-12-11, version 4.1.0*

When I checked the app the busses aren’t cancelled and when I deleted it my foreskin came off

### 1/5 — Partially working app

*2024-09-03, version 4.1.0*

Would give 0 stars if possible.
App won’t perform Reset App. Have to delete and reinstall to change school district again.

### 1/5 — School district bought it but isn’t using it

*2024-01-17, version 4.0.2*

There is absolutely no information on this app for our school district’s buses. Seems like we wasted tax money to purchase the app, got as far as adding the names of all the schools served/bus routes, and then at some point entirely gave up on it. I would blame the school district bus company, like another reviewer, but I think that’s leaves the app designers off the hook. When technology is not adequately designed to consider ease of use / use cases / usability, then you have a situation where people pay good money for something and then don’t use it because it makes life harder, not easier. This app isn’t well designed and any district considering purchasing should beware.

### 1/5 — Flakey

*2024-01-11, version 4.0.2*

This app never sends notifications no matter how many times I delete and reinstall.

### 1/5 — Can’t track 2 different bus routes

*2023-10-26, version 4.0.1*

My kids go to schools in different districts. Can’t track both busses. Need to delete one or the other. Guess I’ll have to choose my favourite kid.

### 1/5 — Unable to have multiple busses in different school divisions

*2023-10-25, version 4.0.1*

Needs to have the option to favourite bus routes in more than one school division at a time

### 1/5 — Slow

*2023-10-24, version 4.0.1*

The favourite buses take forever to load. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes and it still says “loading your buses.”

### 1/5 — Custer‘s garage is horrible school bus transportation

*2023-10-20, version 4.0.1*

The app is only as good as the facility using it. Custer’s garage does not update their app until a parent calls in to complain that the bus has not shown up to pick up their child. There is no parent access to update the status of a bus being late.
Furthermore, you call to complain and then the staff gives you an attitude.
They do not have any type of efficient system to update when a bus driver starts driving the bus and the current time along the route in order for their app to stay updated properly. Additionally the transportation department has no efficient method for supplying bus drivers with a GPS unit to get from stop to stop. They give them a piece of paper to hold in one hand with all of the stops and they’re responsible for using their own cell phones for GPS in the other hand.
How on earth do you expect a bus driver, especially a substitute picking up a route for another driver to operate a bus full of screaming children, holding a piece of paper in one hand and their cell phone for directions in another.
Custer’s garage is horrible. I wonder how much of our tax money is being wasted on this transportation department.

### 1/5 — Total junk

*2023-10-18, version 4.0.1*

Doesn’t seem like it would be too complicated for a knowledgeable designer to make an actual dependable platform. This app constantly crashing and/or inaccurate.

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great App

*2024-03-06, version 4.0.2*

Use it all the time

### 4/5 — Multiple divisions needed

*2024-01-11, version 4.0.2*

Needs the option to favorite busses in more than one school division. Or at least to save busses starred when switching divisions.

### 3/5 — What?!

*2023-10-16, version 4.0.1*

What area is Thunder Bay District under?

### 2/5 — Needs morning/afternoon toggle

*2026-09-02, version 4.1.7*

This would be a great app if I had a way to tell it which bus number is for the morning and which is for the afternoon

As it is now, I get significantly more notifications about a bus/school that my child isn’t on. Which makes this close to useless and I may just delete it

### 2/5 — False time changes

*2026-09-02, version 4.1.7*

It’s nice at times but it doesn’t always say what it means. My siblings missed the bus a few times because the busses changed the times when it was late from being only 30 minutes late to only 10 minutes being late. And the app doesn’t always say if it’s delayed or cancelled…

### 2/5 — Cancel

*2025-01-09, version 4.1.1*

It doesn’t let me cancel the busses

### 2/5 — Somewhat Helpful, Keeps Forgetting Info

*2024-04-03, version 4.0.2*

This has been somewhat helpful. We at least know if they are running late or not. But the buses for this district themselves are very unreliable as far as what is “on time” especially in the afternoon. That’s not the app’s fault.

However it keeps losing my bus info - school district and favorites. So I have to keep looking it up and entering again which is really frustrating!
