Favourites needs to go back to being a dashboard on opening the app! Don't change something that was working so well. Looks nice with new update. Needs quick access to the favourites though. Favourites should be front dashboard with map and close by stops accessed by a button or on a swipe left second dashboard. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your feedback. Please email Support@Mapway.com if you have any other feedback for us. ### 3/5 — Ads showing is "Ad free" Pro version??? *2017-02-22* Using the supposedly "Ad free" Pro version of this app, it now shows pop up ads for Uber with these being masqueraded as "Alternatives". Who thought that counts as being "Ad free"? I bought the Ad free version so that I wouldn't have ads, not that I see those for Uber. If I wanted ads, I wouldn't have bought the Pro version. How hard is it to understand that customers who buy an ad free Pro version of an app, don't want ads? ### 5/5 — Pretty good really *2016-11-30, version 2.0.3* Minus a star for often blocking my view of the bus I'm running for with the "rate this app" prompt :) Shame it doesn't look like a bus anymore but generally works well and has improved over the past few updates. Only four stars because nothing is ever perfect. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Absymal customer service *2025-11-28* Beware the developers have robbed me of £15, by not offering me a refund, the app ran perfectly on my old google pixel 8a so had no hesitation buying the same app for my iPhone 14 Pro, trouble is it doesn’t work on my iPhone. The developers wanted me to help them debug the app, I replied by saying refund my £15 and I would be happy to do so, but they havnt replied to my offer, my advise don’t encourage these turds they deserve to go out of business? ### 1/5 — Latest update not good *2018-07-26* Latest update poor ### 1/5 — I got salmonella with this app *2018-05-12* Bloody awful. I've also lost all of my favourite routes. Please change it back!! Otherwise I don't see myself using this app any more. ### 1/5 — Used to be usable *2016-10-23* My old review seems to cover exactly what has happened again in this update, so in the spirit of recycling: This is a classic case of taking something that was simple and worked and fiddling with it for the sake of it. Developers love to do that. They get bored easily you see. "Let's ad loads of swiping stuff - people like swiping, it's trendy." Well no. Before you could just (from one screen) type in a bus number and see when the next one was due. Sort of what it's supposed to do. Now there's a fiddly little map, lot's of swiping to do simple things and frankly if I can't get an app to do what I want in two minutes it's not doing its job. Try using this at 3am with a few pints inside you and you'll probably miss your bus (in fact I ended up using the bus timetable at the bus stop to see when my next bus was due - seems old tech is best if this is the level of app we're going to get). I paid for this app but since this update have deleted it as it is useless. I have not yet found an app that had the simplicity of the original, but there are others that are now better if not perfect. Try those first. Can I have my 69p back please? ### 1/5 — Terrible update *2016-10-12, version 2.0.0* What a disappointment to open this app following an update to find such major badly thought out changes. I use this app for bus times, that is all. I don't need, or want, integration with Uber. I do want the favourites I had saved over time. I have used this app since it came out and have purchased the pro version. Needless to say, I use it multiple times a day, everyday of the week. This horrendous update has made it degrees more complicated and longer to do everything in the app. - Your favourites/saved stops have been wiped out - you can no longer swipe left from right to bring up the shortcut And the list goes on..... But please put the option to re-arrange our favourite stops (eg, move them up or down the list). :) ### 5/5 — Needs improvement. *2020-01-15* This app used to be very good - now it is much less reliable. Now when checking my favourites the routes come up as none due quite a lot of the time. If so, this issue has now been fixed. Please update to the latest version of Bus Times London Pro and then you will only see it within the journey planner. If you're using Bus Times London Pro, there shouldn't be any adverts at all. Also, if there is wi-fi nearby but you can't log into it, the app doesn't connect.
