## What is Busch?

Experience the door communication of your Welcome system on your smartphone or tablet!
Never miss a door call. With the Welcome app all calls are transferred directly to your mobile device.
You can see and hear who is at your door. 

Simply connect the app to your Welcome system via the myBUSCH-JAEGER/myABB-LivingSpace account.

Preconditions:
Welcome door communication system with configured IP-Gateway 83341, 83341-500, 83341, 83341-500, with the latest SW version.
Portal registration at https://my.busch-jaeger.de or https://my.abb-livingspace.com.
For usage via internet: IP-Gateway is connected via DSL 6000 or better.
For usage via internet: Mobile device is connected via 3G/UMTS or WLAN, data plan (e.g. flatrate) allows voice over IP (VoIP).

- Access to the latest entries of the door call history list (number of entries is limited, editing the list is only possible in the portal)

Seit dem Update auf iOS 26 funktionieren die Benachrichtigungen nicht mehr.

Die Installation dieser App ist absolut Benutzerunfreundlich. Es gibt keinen Vorgang, mit dem die App aktiv geschaltet werden kann. Um die App zu installieren benötigt man sehr viel Zeit, Geduld und unzählige Internetforen. Von der Firma Busch und Jäger erhält man trotz Mails und Anrufe keinerlei zielführende Hilfe. Ich würde nie im Leben mehr ein Produkt von Busch und Jäger erwerben. Nachdem die App nach Monaten !endlich aktiv war, funktionierte die App einen Monat. Danach versagte die App, ohne dass irgendetwas am Internet oder den Einstellungen geändert wurde. Die App lässt sich seitdem nicht wieder aktiv schalten. Auf meine Bitte nach Unterstützung durch den Service von Busch und Jäger erhalte ich keinerlei Rückmeldung. Unser Haushalt beinhaltet sehr viele Geräte, die ohne irgendwelche Probleme über das Internet zu steuern sind. Nur mit diesem Busch und Jäger System gibt es diese massiven Probleme. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden.

Die Welcome App funktioniert leider überhaupt nicht zuverlässig. Nach jedem Firmware-Update treten neue Probleme auf. Aktuell ist eine Kopplung unmöglich: jedes Mal, wenn ich den Integritäts-Code eingebe, erscheint die Meldung „Kopplung fehlgeschlagen“.

Ich habe bereits alle Geräte entfernt und wieder hinzugefügt, die App mehrfach gelöscht und neu installiert – ohne Erfolg. Statt einer Verbesserung habe ich nun gar keine Türklingel mehr und kann auch unsere Tür nicht mehr öffnen.

Die App läuft auf zwei iPhones und einem iPad mit der neuesten iOS-Version (18.6.2). Auch die App (3.10.8) selbst sowie das IP-Gateway (6.25) sind auf dem aktuellsten Stand. Trotzdem bleibt die Fehlermeldung bestehen.

Leider funktioniert die Anwendung nur in Teilen oder sporadisch. So schaltet sich die Kamera nur manchmal ein, zwischen Klingeln und Öffnen liegt eine Zeitverzögerung, die kaum ein Postbote akzeptiert. Bisweilen ist beim Zugriff insgesamt keine Erreichbarkeit gegeben und wenn jemand anderes schneller war, ist gar kein Zugriff möglich (wie besetzt).Insgesamt daher unbrauchbar für die Praxis.

Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht von meinem Gesamterlebnis mit dem Busch-Jaeger-System. Um das Haus einzurichten und zu steuern, benötigt man zwei verschiedene Apps und vier separate Online-Portale, die in einem Design von vor Jahrzehnten verharren. Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit der Apps lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Häufig, wenn man die Haustür öffnen möchte, erscheint lediglich die Fehlermeldung „busy“, ohne dass die gewünschte Funktion ausgeführt wird.

Busch-Jaeger, es wäre an der Zeit, die Software grundlegend zu überarbeiten und ein benutzerfreundliches, modernes System zu entwickeln!
