Busey Bank is your personal financial advocate that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your financial accounts, including accounts from other banks and credit unions, into a single view. It’s fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your finances.

Very buggy app

It has almost been 2-months since an update was pushed which bricked the app. This is completely unprofessional for a Bank this size and for services people depend on daily. If I can’t reliably access my accounts, then why stick around?

I will not update my phone because it will slow down my iPhone 14 and now I cannot access my bank information on my phone. That is ridiculous. Do some more programming to make the update work for older updates

I intentionally decided not to update the app due to all of the negative reviews in April. Today I was forced to update and now just get the cloud background and app never loads. Why force an update that breaks something that’s working. Complete and unacceptable failure in the age of digital banking.
