When I open the app, it just shows the blue-sky backdrop and doesn’t even attempt to scan biometrics or let me input a pin. Everything else is working. It’s just the app is broken now. I’ve had near-constant issues with their tech and it’s just becoming too much to deal with. Issues include: - The website and mobile app keep blocking me from performing actions like making transfers, saying I need to call into their support and verify my device. It seems to do this every time the browser cookies are cleared which is ridiculous, and I recently got a new phone so my mobile app has been lobotomized as well. Their support is only open during business hours which makes it extremely inconvenient to call in and get my account unlocked. - On two separate back-to-back occasions, I tried to use my debit card to withdraw money from an ATM, but it told me the PIN was incorrect so I had to go into the bank and show my ID to reset the PIN. I saved the PIN in my password manager so I am confident that I was entering it correctly both times. - I have not been able to set up Zelle, it keeps giving me a generic error message during setup. - I have not been able to setup passkey 2FA, it also keeps giving me a generic error. Tried multiple devices and password managers, no luck. Every member of their staff that I’ve worked with has been extremely kind and helpful, Busey’s customer service is amazing, but I cannot recommend this bank in good faith to anyone who doesn’t operate exclusively with pen and paper. ### 2/5 — Not there yet *2026-02-18, version 3.27.0* While the concept and idea are good, compared to other apps for remote deposit, this one is inconsistent and falls short of being even a little convenient. He knew exactly what was needed and made it happen within minutes. Even called me back to let me know the change was made and waited on the line for me to attempt the deposit.
