Also, no dark mode? It’s like I am getting flashed each time I open the app. Transferinf money between accounts is incredibly slow and frustrating. This app alone makes me want to bank somewhere else unfortunately. The old app worked great and was a lot more useful. ### 1/5 — Worst Banking Software Ever Used! *2026-06-11* Agree with other one star reviews. If you have very little banking needs this might work, but still it is very awkward and terribly outdated. We use other banks that are way more advanced and extremely easy and intuitive to use. We have been customers for a very long time and hate to leave Busy as the St. Louis people are wonderful to work with. However, it looks like we are now forced to change banks or become frustrated using this software. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t feel secure *2026-06-11* Opens without face recognition or a number password. There was nothing wrong with the old app. It felt more secure. I liked accounts and other text bolded in the old version. The screen is Too white. Wish I had the option of keeping the old app. ### 3/5 — Missing feature? *2026-06-10* I no longer see a place where you can enter notes about transactions. This was very useful. I hope this is going to be brought back. Also when I tap on the provide feedback link, the screen just goes dim and takes you to a page to provide feedback but you can’t actually do so🤷‍♂️ ### 1/5 — All tags and notes removed? *2026-06-10* All of my transaction tags and notes have been removed/not showing in app. Dumb update. ### 3/5 — Functional but needs work *2026-06-10* As others have said it’s new so there will be issues but I’m able to access everything I did in the old app. It does need a dark mode and some of the menu items don’t have a back button. Should also automatically log you in with Face ID instead of having to click that button. ### 1/5 — Bad update *2026-06-10* The previous app was much more simple, and easy to navigate. The new app looks cheap and isn’t customizable at all. Please busey go back to the old format. ### 1/5 — Worse on every way *2026-06-09* Forced into a new app, took me 30 minutes to get in because it demanded I change my password. Finally get in and it's all negative space and no dark mode. Cool. Website, same garbage. Thanks for the downgrade, Busey ### 1/5 — Awful Update *2026-06-08* There was absolutely nothing wrong with the app, so why decide to do an update?? This new one is not nearly as user friendly, the format is terrible compared to what it was, and I can’t see any reason why Busey would think it was necessary to change it.
