Не открывается приложение, не могу скачать свои билеты. Оно просто вылетает при попытке зайти в него

Приложение перестало открываться

Купили билет на рейс компании ООО Марлин с центрального ав Москвы, водитель всех заставил снять ручную кладь с места над головой и держать на руках или в ногах, мужчину который стал возмущаться выгнал, за то что его стали защищать другие пассажиры открыв люки и включил кондиционер до конца поездки на полную(хотя был дождь), на какой то станции специально не предупредил что уезжает и оставил одного пассажира на остановке(хотя он сидел возле автобуса), на просьбы людей остановиться сказал что видел его и он будет знать как не садится в автобус вовремя.
Поездкой остались не довольны, оставить текстовый отзыв в вашем приложении нельзя, кому жаловаться в дороге, через ваше приложение не понятно. Брать билет через это приложение, считаю рискованным, дорогим(3161руб) и не безопасным.

Доброго дня, по-перше допрацюйте свій додаток чому він написаний мовою ворога. По друге автобус запізнився на 40 хвилин. Лунала музика ворога, я зробила зауваження але водії не відреагували, на заправці не випустили пасажирів із автобуса. Водії грубі, кондиціонер працював дуже погано, було то холодно то душно і водій постійно сварився коли просили виключити чи включити кондиціонер! Поїздка жахлива! Всім буду рекомендувати не користуватися цією компанією !

Дважды покупал здесь билеты, оба раза покупал билеты без пересадок, и оба раза были пересадки. В последней поездке меня высадили(водитель автобуса) на границе из-за того что резерв+ долго грузился ~4 минуты, я обратился в службу поддержки и объяснил всю ситуацию, на что они ответили: «Перевізник не підтвердив причину, вказану вами в заявці і відмовив у поверненні коштів за квиток. Нам дуже шкода, що ви потрапили в таку ситуацію і від імені всієї компанії ми приносимо свої вибачення за негативний досвід.» ну то есть понимаете да? Они не гарантируют вам ничего.
