Paid $4.50 and still interrupts by full screen Ads!!!

Are you kidding!!!! I purchased in-app things for this just to help developer and I still get Ads every 5 seconds. Not just an Ad that appears at the bottom of the screen, BUT it stops the whole thing and shows full screen Ad!!!
It is just horrible. It is ripping off!
Apple should delete this from App store.
