It will not put the info in my contacts list when completely edited. This was one of my favorite Apps. Not after losing several contacts, only to find the were in the app., but wouldn’t transfer to the contact list. ### 3/5 — Not Perfect *2020-05-06* But what is. Have the Pro version for several years. All upgrades occurred without incident and without me knowing it. New phones were never an issue. It will accurately scan and decipher most cards (maybe 80%). Cards that are colorful with exotic fonts or unconventional in some form or fashion will not scan properly. Loved the app until now. Recently something has changed that has given me reason to research alternative products. When I scan a card it will place it into my contacts (IPhone/Outlook). Within seconds that contact will be on my main server and I can see it in MS Outlook on my PC. At least it used too. Now, it will scan and place it in my IPhone contacts and I can access when composing a new email or text however it will not upload(sync) with my server. If I manually create a contact on my phone it will sync with my server. If I create a contact on my PC it will sync with my phone. Only contacts created with BCR will not sync. What changed? This issue is now a deal breaker and renders this app essentially useless to me. If I didn’t need to sync with a PC then I would give it 5 stars. ### 2/5 — Serious bug *2020-02-26, version 3.12* This app some serious bug. It has deleted some of my contacts! Vector to replicate the issue Have a contact with a specific string ie “xyz” now scan a card where the string is in either name filed or company field. The older contact data gets wiped out. I have seen this in 3 cases. ### 4/5 — Great App with hard to find features *2019-07-12* One of the great features is the ability to see where the ODR is reading from. As an example, it reads the phone number and puts in what the OCR thinks it is. When you click within the phone field a small window of the image displays the exact character it is "reading" as a 9 (or whatever). ### 1/5 — Still have to edit *2019-01-08, version 3.12* This App does not do a good job of capturing correct information. 99% of the time I still need to go to my contact app and correct information it captured incorrectly or missed all together. Don’t waste your money. Now I have updated to the newest version of IOS on an iPhone 8 and the app wont open. ### 4/5 — Timesaver! *2018-12-14* Not perfect, but is quite a timesaver. Open the app, take a photo of the card, review with minimal editing/correction, save it - you’re done! It can’t even come close! I scanned dozens of cards and it didn’t even scan 1 correctly!! This is the pro version which means we have paid for it. They should have the courtesy to update the app regularly. It used to be a fantastic app working seamlessly in the past. It’s very accurate and quick, and allows for easy correction of any OCR errors. It holds all the cards in its database but also can populate my phone’s Contacts, which I appreciate.
