Same problem as others are reporting: every day I need to sign out and sign in again. Surely after so many are reporting the same problem, it must get fixed ...?!

The app requires me to sign out and then sign in again everyday before the days edition is downloaded. Have reported this directly to the publishers but error has persisted long after.

The newspaper is good, the app isn’t.

When in the app you can only scroll down.If you want to go back to check something you can’t.
This is so annoying!! This problem has only shown up about 3 weeks ago….what happened?

For years, I have been able to automatically access my e-edition of Business Day. But something has changed in the app in the last three weeks as I now have to sign out and sign in daily to get the latest edition. The newspaper itself is brilliant, but the app is not friendly. I have escalated this problem with little joy in resolution.
