So frustrating because I want to complete the zoo but I can’t even pick the food up without it crashing. ### 4/5 — Really good game *2024-11-02* I love this game but I bought the guy that collects money and he collected for a few days but now he stopped and it says I have to buy him again and it said forever so I thought it was permanent can someone help me Thank you ### 4/5 — Good game but… *2024-08-13* So, I got this game, and it’s not that bad! Except for some reason sometimes when I play the game it freezes. The first time this happened to me, I was at the gas station level and I was getting another gas pumping machine, I made the mistake of accidentally pressing on the ad one, when the ad was done I thought “finally I can continue playing”. But, right when it gave me the option to press the x, my screen froze, and when I got back in, it gave me the worst option for a gas pump. The second time it happened to me, I was on the car service level, and once again, I accidentally pressed the ad one, and once the ad was done and it gave me the option to press the x, my screen froze, again. And it doesn’t just happen with ads. When I had just gotten the cafe, my screen froze and when I got back in, it made me completely restart the whole entire game. I recommend this game, but I feel like it’s pretty annoying that my screen just randomly freezes. My screen hasn’t frozen in other apps for like 3 years! And then another thing I don’t like is that this is game is always trying to make you watch an ad. You want 2 thousand dollars? Watch an ad. You want a special table? Watch an ad. And I like that Donald Trump is in it, but he doesn’t even say anything. And to make him go into your company, you have to watch an ad. All he does is just throw money around. And it’s not even a lot of money. Couldn’t go any further after getting the piano. Now I don’t know how to complete the restaurant to get the next business. There are so many ads it makes my phone hot and drained my battery. Even after spending money the game still has glitches and is so full of ads I can’t enjoy it so I must take the L and get rid of this money hungry game. I got to the second “business”, and it seemed like there was a pop up add every 2-4 minutes. I understand some ads helps the developers make money. Ok fine. But these were often. It started getting really annoying when you’re trying to complete a task to be interrupted by a pop up ad. I finished the post office and it let me build the zoo but I can’t access the zoo til level 14 but now there is no way to even get to level 13. Usually the ads last about 10 secs but during this game the ads are 59 secs which makes playing annoying. I know there’s an update in development but that’s been happening for 4 months or maybe longer. I downloaded the game on an android app thinking I’d get to start the restaurant level but I can’t. It wants me to serve 24 VIP customers but won’t tick away when I’ve watched the dumb ad. I paid for no ads on both my iPhone and my android device. We shouldn’t have to watch an ad to serve a VIP customer, especially when we’ve paid for no ads. I’ll be deleting the game unfortunately on both devices. I don’t want to have start over every time I want to play as it won’t let me go past level twelve. All the different levels are so much fun and unique. It’s not a super clone of other games that have the same exact format. It’s not just A restaurant or A hospital game with different colored themes for each level. Each level is like a different game. One level’s an Auto shop with a car wash, a gas station, a day spa and more. The auto shop is my fave so far. I finished the day spa but the objective of serving 24 VIP’s is still broken regardless of the updates based on other reviews. The objective banner does not track how many VIP’s have already been served (ex. 3/24) & there’s no way to confirm completion so you’re stuck. Collected income is still maxed at 2.1b. Probably easier said than done but please fix. Keep up the good work that’s been done so far. I’m ready for more **Developer response:** We're thrilled to hear you like our game! I have plenty of money for updating, but the updates are nowhere to be found. I got as far as the 3 initial animals and the aquarium, and that’s it.
