Ever wonder how people choose what to work on every day? Without clear priorities and goals, most people work on what’s most fun and easiest for themselves. The end result – people work on the most important things first, by priority and weight. 

 The Business Goals app is divided into four main areas – 1. What do I need to work on today that is in alignment with what’s expected of me in my position; 2. What are people who report to me working on today that will help us reach our goals; 3. What are other members of the team working (my peers) that may interact with what I’m working on; 4. What are the goals for the organization, my department and me personally that I need to align my daily activity toward.
