Unfortunately, after multiple email exchanges with Business Insider I'm stuck with an annual subscription for $49 that cannot be canceled. Very very misleading marketing - deceptive bait and switch business practice. A second star is only justified based on history. I only had 4 others. In fact, it also won’t email you as a reminder or warning about that $100 renewal. So, how are you to know when it’ll take money? It was a scrappy but an amazing producer of in-depth content and with the pulse of the news, especially technology and its ecosystem. What I don’t understand is why the app is so basic and UN-user friendly. I get the no frills because the content is so much bigger and primary..but if I can’t resume/refresh/retrieve bookmarks, the experience leaves me unfulfilled and looking elsewhere.
