What’s the point of having a mobile app if you still need to carry your banking token everywhere you go?

Runs on my iPad IOS12 but the functionality is so incredibly limited. Can only view a provisional statement with current transactions only; no previous statements available.  Also cannot print, email, or download.
Seriously ..... what is the point of this app ? If there was a zero star option, I would have given it that.

The app won’t open at all on my iPhone 11 with iOS 14.
