This is an easy fix, but I can see that it has been a problem since at least October 2021 and I am getting the same issue here in Feb 2022. Want my money back ### 1/5 — Terrible product! *2016-09-07, version 1.4* This app looked like exactly what I wanted for my new business expansion - just a simple who, what, when how. While the basics are there, the problem lies in the execution. The written words cannot be edited by dropping the cursor and back spacing! You have to erase the entire entry from the end and start over - can't even change one single word! The words pages get mixed up in the PDF, too. Double words and paragraphs on top of other words. Don't buy!! *2013-02-03, version 1.2* Takes a survey of a few questions and makes a PDF of the questions and your answers. Just horrible. I want a refund. Don't buy. Don't buy. Don't buy. Inadequate programming for text menus means no auto correct, confined to one small line if you make a mistake you have erase what you have written since you can't jump around with and place the cursor anywhere... There is so much more wrong with this program but all I can say is that the author spelled opportunities with an e "oppertunities", poor quality all around ### 1/5 — Don't buy this app! *2012-08-14, version 1.0* Unless you already have your plan written and know everything you want to put into their little fields, that don't let you go back to a previous sentence and edit - forget it! I couldn't edit within the app and after saving I thought I would be able to go back and work on it again, NOPE! Have to start all over. I do not like that I cannot see all that I have written at once. It stays the same size, a line, only showing a few words at a time. Also as far as I can tell, there is no way to chose a good style. I would pay up to $5 (preferably 99 cents) for a style that would fit my business. What I do like is that they give you descriptions and you have to only take one step at a time. HOW CAN I RATE YOU AFTER NOT EVEN BEING ABLE TO USE IT. I am in the process or working through the app and writing a very detailed plan but I get interrupted every 5 min. OK SO GREAT you want a rating well here it is. 2 stars.
