After subscribing using iTunes, each edition still requires to be individually purchased again, including the current edition. No refunds…

For a digital subscription, this ap is extremely outdated. It does not allow for a set period of remaining logged in and the ap crashes way too regularly. I have just been trying to download Nov and Dec edition and been crashing constantly.

I have had an ongoing subscription for the past several years, of recent the app refuses to open on my IPad. It mayst be its incompatibility with the new iOS

Subscribed yesterday, downloaded my first issue but it just will not open without crashing the app. Followed all the suggestions in the help section, and it still won't open even with no other apps running.
Deleted the app and reinstalled and now it won't recognise the fact that I've already paid £27.99 and wants me to pay again. 
Very poor show from a reputable magazine. This app is very amateur.

Magazine content is great but the app itself is confusing. I have a subscription but can't login. I get notifications about new editions but they don't appear automatically and there is no link in the app to contact support

Bought a subsription , was able to download last months issue but when I click on this month's issue it is only giving me the option to purchase it not download it!!!!
