Unleash your Wi-Fi with the Sparklight Business Wi-Fi App. Configure, diagnose and optimize your home network, direct from your smart device, without ever having to wait on hold for tech support. 

*** The app works in conjunction with Sparklight supported Hitron 4582 gateway.  The app will not be able to login if your device is not supported or your service provider hasn’t enabled app support yet. ***

I pay premium for business service and I am unable to reach Sparklight customer service. If they do answer it is more than a 50% chance they will pick up and disconnect in one swift motion. Unfortunately they are the only game in town and I need internet for job so I have to pay more than $200 a month for basically shi++y service.  I’m sorry, I have two advanced degrees and cannot think of a more appropriate way of describing the connection and service.  AVOID.

I have this modem. Tried my Wi-Fi connected to the 2.5 and 5 connections... the app would not connect while standing 3 feet from the modem.
