First it rejects my smart pass even though I never changed it. Then it says login using forgot password option and it sends otp on my mobile but when I enter the same otp it still locks my login saying credentials were not verified??? I mean it even doesn’t logs me in with my biometrics!??? This is digital banking??? I mean now what more do I need to prove who I am online? Furthermore, It’s used by both ENBD and EI Bank, but moving from one company to another requires resetting the login each time, which is very inconvenient.
