When you book a ticket, the app changes the date to the previous day you chose. Chose the 20th, it will book you a ticket for the 19th.

Tried to use the app only for it to not say there were any buses to destination , which there
were loads... 

Purchased tickets via safari only for the tickets suspiciously not to be sent with payment confirmation email..???

Went to the station to be told our booking didn't exist!! Very underhanded and refused to refund despite their incompetence.

I had a fraudulent activity on my card after conducting transaction with this app ( about a month after). I don’t use this card a lot so I’m trying to pinpoint to a couple.  

Did anyone else experience the same issue?
