The recovery code can’t be used because the app thinks my credentials don’t exist. So I never get to the page for the recovery code to enter the recovery code….🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2025-08-05, version 2.4.4* I’m not sure what made them want to go to an app for this but this app is trash. Doesn’t work, glitches, doesn’t allow the screen to drop do you can add something. This app operates like someone in elementary school made it. Not surprised with district 150 ### 1/5 — Still doesn’t work *2025-04-26, version 2.4.3* The app doesn’t work properly. Explained to school who proceeded to tell me that it does. How can you tell me what works on my device I even explained that the app reviews talks about how horrible app is. But I digress. The person I spoke to I guess knows everything. Anyway. Horrible app. Hasn’t worked at all this whole year. Gave my kids watch trackers. Less stress fully accurate. Waste of phone space. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-04-24, version 2.4.3* This app is terrible! Never works right. My kid’s school uses this app and it is so frustrating, early on most of the features worked but then they didn’t. The app will occasionally sign me out and my credentials will not work even though I know 100 percent they are right, so I end up having to recover password and set new one. But when I go to set the new one I get a “password reset had failed” message. This has happened before then suddenly the old one magically works again. There is no way to swipe/close/enter through the keyboard after typing the verification code. Visit My Stop was a much better app all around. I’ll petition the school board to go back. What a waste of taxpayer money ### 1/5 — Notification and location tracking are bad *2024-11-08, version 2.3.9* You only get notification when the bus is close to the pickup location. Other apps do much better job and provide notice when bus starts and route and give you estimated arrival time. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-10-22, version 2.3.9* Transportation said it would hopefully take 3-4 weeks to work out the bugs. However it’s been about 3 months and it still doesn’t work. Still has last years dates and information on it. Nothing works at all. I’ll receive a notification on my phone and then when clicking it it completely disappears and o have an email set up with it and doesn’t even send it to the email! It has logged me out repeatedly and when I try to log back in it says my information isn’t in the system. So when I try to create a new account it states that my information isn’t in the system. I tried to log in, but the app asked me for a username! Which I didn't create! I entered my first and last name, but nothing worked! Then I decided to reset my password. It’s not working as it should. It’s not even tracking nothing. I don’t get no notifications. I get students that’s not even mine added on when I did not request. I can’t even remove students from the app. It’s just all frustrating!!! Stupid app. Not useful at all. I was recently required to put in my log in credentials and when I click forgot my password it says no account exists. Then I go to create an account and it says an account already exists. ### 1/5 — Used to be helpful *2025-08-28, version 2.4.4* This app has never worked right, however it did used to send notifications when my child was picked up/dropped off and that was helpful. This new school year it is even buggier, never sends any push notifications now, and the bus tracker often just doesn’t work at all. The notification list within the app stops working randomly also. I would love to see the ability to reprint a new student badge. Kids are rough with their badges and need new ones from time to time and it’s not always convenient to travel to the school to have a new one printed. Many have been updated. Forgot password does not work. After switching phones for the second time in 4 yrs the app tells me that the email address does not exist in the system. Same thing happened before and I used a secondary email address. This time I receive an email with a reset code but nowhere to enter it on the app. I have no desire to create a completely new email address for one app that I am forced to use by the school district. I have started driving my kids to school and they ride the bus home. I even reached out to the school hopping there was a back way to get back in but that’s a different story. ### 3/5 — It’s okay *2024-08-21, version 2.2.5* Appreciate the navigation update. It’s helped me track the bus easily. The bus being slightly delayed is no issue either the issue is how much times I have to uninstall and reinstall the app because it’s stuck on the loading screen even with good internet connection.
