يساعد تطبيق باص واي سائق الباص المدرسي على معرفة مواقع الطلاب على الخريطة و سرعة التوجه لهم مع معرفة حالة الغياب للطلاب وذلك لتخفيض مصاريف التنقل و الانتظار.

· لإدارة المدرسة :
كما يساعد تطبيق باص واي إدارة المدرسة على تتبع حركة الباصات المدرسية أولا بأول ومعرفة الموقع المحدد للباص وعدد الطلاب وسهولة التواصل مع السائق ويتيح لإدارة المدرسة تغيير السائق المدرسي بسهولة في حالة غياب السائق الرئيسي و لوجود جميع الطلاب على الخريطة فهذا يساهم في سرعة توجه السائق الجديد الى مواقع الطلبة بسهولة.
