Put my information in and doesn’t let me log in hasn’t worked ever since I started the school and I’m a sophomore

I am trying to sign in, I am new user, I don’t know what to do.

I am using my UMass Dartmouth creds, that’s correct and still it’s saying that invalid creds.

I am literally done now, please let me know how to sign in.
