Never had problems previously!! Disappointing!! ### 1/5 — Can’t ‘like’ a post anymore *2026-06-24* The app was updated (version 231) and now I can’t react to any post from the nursery. When I try to click ‘heart’ to like the post, I see the Recipients instead. Pretty sure there is nobody the test the updates before releasing it to the users. ### 1/5 — Not great *2026-06-23* Doesn’t work well. Updates don’t get notified. Now unable to “react” to posts. Payment is a mess. Comes through as one bill but we have to pay per child. So always have to double check. ### 1/5 — So bad *2026-04-02* Terrible app for payments. Until then, I refuse to give you free reign to take random amounts from our bank account. We should still be able to see updates for our children. You’ve also shot yourselves in the foot because I’ve been asking for this months invoices for over a week so we can pay you…. as they’re now only available in the app that we can’t access. Sort it or one of two things will happen…. you won’t get paid and/or we’ll remove our children from your care. Also, push notifications on this app are a shambles. ### 2/5 — Unusable on some features *2026-07-01* Having trouble liking the posts. Have logged out, uninstalled the app, re downloaded the app and logged back in. Still can’t like any posts. Please sort out. ### 2/5 — Notification and saving images *2026-04-30* Notifications have stopped coming through and also you cannot save images from the journey you have to from the main feed but when you scroll it goes back to the top and you can’t scroll right down the news feed ### 2/5 — Notifications do not work *2026-03-26* There are a lot of good things in this app but recently notifications have stopped. Lots of parents in our nursery have the same issue we do not get notifications anymore. I shouldn’t be penalised for not wanting to set up an automatic payment method. No complaints - I can even add my own observations and images for the staff so they can engage my toddler in conversation about the things he does outside of the setting ### 5/5 — Works well *2026-02-23* Great app to help keep me informed of my son’s care and day at nursery. It’s lovely to see the pictures that his key person uploads during the day and a useful place to receive quick messages from Busy Bees staff. ### 5/5 — REMARK *2025-12-01* I love the Nusery so far my daughter is exposed to so many activities and her talking is improving daily plus friendly staff. ### 4/5 — Easy to use *2026-07-01* The app is easy to use and although the feature set is limited, it does the job and keeps things simple. Just what you need to help manage childcare in a busy day. Room to improve on repeat actions like setting pick up times, guessing that’ll come in time. ### 4/5 — Can’t emoji photos or posts *2026-06-24* Emoji selected in response to a post, yet it doesn’t show that a response has been made with the emoji selected. Can comment on posts. Notifications have been hit and miss previously, back working now.
