Busy is aware of your already scheduled events and schedules new events around your availability.

Busy enables smart scheduling by using drag-and-drop functionality. Busy enables a Kanban-style view of your calendar with "Today" and "This Week" panes which automatically adjust based on the selected date. Unique to Busy, there is also an "Unscheduled" pane which acts as a parking lot for pending events and tasks that are not yet scheduled. To schedule one of these parked events, simply drag-and-drop to your desired date or week, and Busy takes care of the scheduling for you - looking at your availability and finding the next available time to get it done. Same goes for your already scheduled events, if you ever need to reschedule or resolve a conflict.

Upon opening Busy for the first time, you can simply set your preferences and wait as the app manages the rest for you. Busy allows you to set your preferred working days (i.e. Monday to Friday), working times (i.e. 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), default calendar, and event duration.

Busy is useful for keeping track of all the tasks and events that need your attention, but it also goes ahead and saves you time significantly. Although we work digitally and from home, there are still inefficiencies in how we spend our time. With Busy, you can automatically schedule tasks and events in a way that works smoothly with your existing calendars.

Busy allows 'Sign in with Apple, which means you can set up an account using your Apple ID. No need to use a social media account, fill out forms, or choose another new password.

I was so excited because this was exactly what I’ve been looking for but when I connected it to my calendar, I could only choose one of my categories which didn’t provide enough info for me. In addition, some of my scheduled events didn’t show up. I’m a little disappointed.
